I had my home flood starting from the upstairs all way to the bottom.  Water was running for at least a couple days, and I was in CA at the time.  Luckily I have great neighbors because they caught the water and shut it off from the road immediately.  SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas was recommended by my insurance company and they were on site within 45 min with two vehicles FULL of equipment surprisingly they were able to save A LOT more than I thought. Best part of the experience was the technicians were on time (and called even if they were 5 min late) The language was VERY professional and the knowledge was surprisingly amazing! They kept me up to date when I questioned they always gave an answer and they made the job a lot better than I thought.  I will call them in a heart beat if this ever happened again.  HOPEFULLY I don't have to call them but if this happens I will for sure!

Kade and the 2 guys that came to work on my property, Marc and Russ, were very professional. This was my first time experiencing any damage to my home from a natural disaster and they made the process much easier. They were nice and helpful and would totally recommend SERVPRO!

SERVPRO of Southwest Las Vegas came out and cleaned up water damage caused by my water heater.  The water traveled to multiple areas of the home including my newly designed kitchen. Because they came out so fast they were able to save my nice cabinets! Not only that but they guided me through the process and set up EVERYTHING from the plumber to the contractor. SERVPRO is the best! I've known Wade Adams for over ten years and he's always been a true professional. When my water heater burst Kade and Andres were there WITHIN HOURS. Everything they told me was right on schedule. You never want to deal with water damage but if you have to they are the best.

We had our home carpets cleaned twice due to water damage that leaked from our ceiling. Our home builder contracts SERVPRO for their service and I am glad they did. They are very personable from the lady that set up your appointment to the cleaners that came and to do the job. Our kitchen grout was also cleaned by SERVPRO as well as our office carpet.
